RetroWorker provides a 6-month standard warranty for all of its products. Within the valid warranty period, if any inherent quality issues occur to the product itself, we offer free-of-charge repair, replacement, or full refund services at our discretion.

How to Claim an Extended 6-Month Warranty (12 Months Total Coverage)

Complete the following two simple steps to extend your product warranty:

1. Follow RetroWorker on any of our official social media platforms;

2. Post photos or videos of your purchased RetroWorker product on social media with the hashtag #retroworker and tag our official account @retroworker.

Once completed, your product will be eligible for an additional 6-month warranty coverage.
